Terms & Conditions
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, services, and engagements made with GoChina2030.
By confirming a booking, making payment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- Services Provided
GoChina2030 offers:
- Study tours and educational exchange programs
- Business and industry delegations
- Factory and enterprise visits
- Technology and innovation exposure programs
- Customized travel and learning programs
- Visa assistance and travel coordination
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed booking form and required deposit.
- GoChina2030 reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
- Clients must provide accurate personal and travel information.
- Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit (amount specified in the quotation) is required to secure participation.
- Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure, unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.
- Payments must be made through approved company channels only.
- Cancellation Policy
By the Client:
- 30+ days before departure: Deposit forfeited.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total cost payable.
- 0–14 days before departure: 100% of total cost payable.
By GoChina2030:
- In the unlikely event of cancellation due to insufficient participants, force majeure, or operational reasons, clients will receive a refund of payments made (excluding third-party costs already incurred).
- Visa & Travel Documentation
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet visa, passport, and entry requirements.
- GoChina2030 may provide assistance but does not guarantee visa approval.
- Passport validity must be at least 6 months beyond travel date.
- Changes to Itinerary
- Programs may be adjusted due to operational, safety, or logistical reasons.
- Equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.
- No refunds will be issued for unused services during the trip.
- Travel Insurance
All participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Medical expenses
- Trip cancellation
- Personal liability
- Loss of personal belongings
GoChina2030 is not liable for uninsured losses.
- Health & Conduct
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation.
- GoChina2030 reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, illegal, or unsafe.
- No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Liability Limitation
GoChina2030 acts as a coordinator between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, institutions).
We are not liable for:
- Delays or cancellations by airlines
- Loss of luggage
- Accidents beyond our reasonable control
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, etc.)
- Intellectual Property
All program materials, branding, and documents remain the property of GoChina2030 and may not be reproduced without written consent.
- Data Protection
Client information will be used strictly for booking, visa processing, and program coordination purposes.
We do not sell or share personal data without consent, except where required by law.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Kenya unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment or signing the booking form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
